Last night’s nice cream and this morning’s waffle are about to power an epic back day. #carbs are FUEL people, I used to fear them too, then I got WOKE AF and realized how damn silly that is.

Started prep this time around at 240c, we haven’t cut them again yet and I’ve already dropped 4lbs 🤔 stick to the plan, eat your food, keep intensity up and sleep. oh and don’t stress, funny coming from me lolol but I’ve been so calm and at peace I can only imagine where this prep will go 🙌🏻💕 NICE CREAM DEATS:

🍌 250g frozen unsweetened banana

🥛 3oz almond cashew milk

🥜 10g powdered peanuts
